A portfolio is very much like a document. All your information is stored within this portfolio and
can be copied to another computer or backed up easily.
Generally you will only need a single portfolio for yourself however sometimes you want to
completely separate your information, or want to run a portfolio for someone other than yourself.
When you first load Portfolio Manager, you will be prompted to create a new portfolio. If you have
already done that and wish to create another one, you can do so at any time by clicking on File |
New portfolio. Simply enter in the name of your portfolio. Eg. your name.
Note that you can also get to this dialog by loading a portfolio and clicking on 'Select...' and then
on New portfolio.
